Marshall Vizard was opened by Neil and David in January 2003. Both had worked in Estate Agency for many years, and had been working together for another Estate Agency since 1995.
They originally opened at 147 St Albans Road, chosen because although it was small, it was close to Watford Junction Station, and the high volume of passing traffic ensured maximum exposure which, they believed, would encourage people to call them and to visit their website. They we right, and by 2007 the business had expanded so much that they moved to even more prominent premises with a lot more space, and this time with parking!
Their current location at 26 Station Road ensures Marshall Vizard receive loads of enquiries from the thousands of commuters who use Watford Junction Station on a daily basis, as well as the busy professionals travelling to the business district around Clarendon Road. The office is also highly visible from the intersection of St Albans Road and Station Road - in addition to the space, the premises were chosen for visibility, visibility and visibility!
