Neil Marshall - Partner
Founding Partner along with David all the way back in 2003. Neil has worked in Estate Agency since 1995 and prior to that had a strong people focused background. He took the responsibility for looking after the lettings side of the business and has seen it grow to be the market leader, he also looks after the financial aspects of Marshall Vizard. "One of the greatest aspects of my role is seeing the positive impact of the advice that you give clients, I love seeing how that advice can help increase the value of a property, it’s rentability and the quality of tenants"

Dominic Watts - Lettings
Dominic joined in 2006 after having worked in the motortrade before starting at Marshall Vizard. He takes overall charge of the day to day aspects of ensuring that we have enough properties to let out, that the enquiries are dealt with promptly and then seeing that, as a team, everything is processed and ready for the move in date. He wanted to retrain his customer service skills into a property based business. His passion is property and is working hard to build a small portfolio. ‘I believe in property as an investment and will always deal with situations for clients the same way as I would for myself.’

Jani Marley - Lettings
Jani made a conscious decision that he wanted to work in Estate Agency as he felt that it offered a terrific, long term, career path for him. He chose Marshall Vizard, because he felt that in addition to being an ARLA licensed agent, we were also prepared to invest in nurturing, advising and training. You are most likely to see Jani whizzing around Watford in the Marshall Vizard emblazoned Fiesta, showing applicants around and finding the most positive aspect of each property. 'I enjoy showing people around houses and helping them to find their new home. The training provided by Marshall Vizard along with the knowledge and experience of my colleagues will ensure I have a successful career within the property industry.'

Tina Brooks - Administrator
The ‘mother’ of Marshall Vizard, Tina keeps us all in check, she keeps us fed and watered! Her official role is of Administrator, but she really does run the office and ensures that every one is happy as well as having the tools and the time to effectively carryout their role. ‘My job gives me so many different responsibilities that I love the fact that no two days are the same’

Angela Downes - Property Management
Angie is our property manager. Although her role would have most people pulling their hair out, Angie relishes the challenge of resolving problems. She is staunchly compliant with ARLA and dedicated to finding the best and most cost efficient route for our landlords when she is called into action. With many years experience behind her, she quickly finds the best solution to any problems, and her no nonsense approach has earned her the affectionate title of ‘Scary Ange’! "To keep all the plates in the air spinning is an art in property management, sometimes I think I like aggravation!"

Justine Marshall - Inventory Clerk
With a keen eye for detail, Justine is our very own inventory clerk. Not much gets past her. She has to provide an accurate description of the condition of the property before a tenancy starts. She is often called upon at the last minute to squeeze in a last minute inventory for that urgent move. Few tenants take as much time as they should to check this document but it is very important because at the end of a tenancy this is the document that will determined whether there are any deductions to be made from their deposit. "I enjoy looking at so many different types of properties from small studios to large detached houses and if we are honest, who doesn’t!"

David Vizard - Partner
David has worked as an estate agent since leaving school, nearly 30 years ago. He is responsible for the smooth running of the Sales Department and is involved at every stage of the transaction, from the initial valuation, negotiating the sale and progressing the sale until completion. His personable "hands on" approach is very popular with clients, who David ensures are always kept fully up to date. David is tenacious in his pursuit of a solution to any problem and works well with buyers, sellers and solicitors to ensure a happy ending.

Sophie Newberry - Sales
Sophie joined the sales department in 2011, and quickly established herself as an essential member of the team. She brings with her an enthusiasm and energy which has proved immensely popular with colleagues and clients alike. Sophie is always busy showing buyers around the properties we have for sale - if a property can be sold, Sophie will sell it!

Janine Becker - Administrator
Janine works for Marshall Vizard helping with general administrative duties and helping fill in at those manic times when we need extra office cover. Her background involves working for a large, national, property investment company where she worked with the lettings department. ‘As a busy mother of two young children, I enjoy working in a professional enviroment and still using the skills that I learnt from my previous career’
Contractors -
Although none of these guys work directly for Marshall Vizard, they do go some way to representing us to both our landlords and our tenants. This is just a small cross-section of the contractors that we work with on a day to day basis, and each of them has been used by us or vetted by us. In return for a fairly regular amount of work from us, we expect them to be faultlessly reliable, honest in their dealings with us and equally as important, fairly and competitively priced. The benefits of the positive and long term relationships that we have worked hard to build are then transferred to our clients.
