Information for Tenants

If you are interested in proceeding with a property through us then please contact us so that we can get confirmation from the landlord that they are happy to accept you as a tenant.

Please be aware that the information you give us at this stage will be checked by an independent tenancy referencing company.

You will then need to pay a Non Refundable Deposit of £300 and Reference Fees of £60 Per Adult. This can be paid by a UK Debit Card, alternatively you could pay by Credit Card although this will attact a 2.5% Surcharge. The £300 deposit will go towards your first months rent, subject to our normal reservation terms.

We will then email you a link to fill out your reference forms online for each adult that is due to be in occupation, this will then be thoroughly checked and a report provided to us.

Once the references are approved by our landlord, we will then confirm a time for you to come into the office to sign the tenancy agreement, pay the outstanding balance and collect the keys.

When you move in we will require photographic ID, ie New Style Driving Licence or a Passport. You will also need to sign a standing order mandate, that we will then send to your bank for the monthly rental payments.

Please note that in the event there is more than one tenant in a property the rent will need to come in one payment from one bank account. We will provide details of who to contact in the event of any problems whilst you are in occupation.

We will also provide a property inventory that you will need to check and approve. This is an important document as it will be used at the end of the tenancy in any dispute regarding the condition.
