| From 14th December 2007, a Home Information Pack (HIP) became a compulsory requirement on any property placed on the market for sale in the UK |
|
| A HIP contains important information on your property, including an Energy Efficiency Report, local authority searches, a Sale Statement, Evidence of Title, and, where appropriate, Leasehold information. |
|
| HIPs have been introduced to try and help speed up the process of buying and selling residential properties, by providing some of the information that a buyer will need in advance, and thereby avoiding delays at a later date. |
|

| Marshall Vizard have a HIP solution which is both quick and affordable. From 6th April 2009, it became compulsory that the HIP must have been produced before any marketing can commence. Fortunately, it onnly takes approximately 1 week for the HIP to be compiled. |
