Mr & Mrs Jarritt first encountered Marshall Vizard, when a property they part owned in Bedford Street, Watford, was sold in 1999. Although they had no direct involvement with this sale, Mr Jarritt said that “the feedback on the process from the co-owner, was sufficient to lead us to return to Marshall Vizard when we had need. The reputation was already in place.”
Mr & Mrs Jarritt’s main dealing with Marshall Vizard, has been through the management of the rental of a property that they owned in Watford, for a period of 9 years, which Marshall Vizard subsequently sold on their behalf.
Communication
Mr Jarritt said that “Communications were always efficient. Where decisions were required, Marshall Vizard were persistent in ensuring that they took place and that issues were resolved effectively for the benefit of the tenant and the landlord. All routine statement and management issues were dealt with on time and accurately. This applied equally well to the sales process, where we had time constraints, that added to the pressures on all concerned. Our requirements were understood and relevant advice provided to ensure objectives were met.”
Customer Service
Mr Jarritt told us “Whenever we dropped in unannounced at the office, the staff always knew who we were and the current status of our business relationship. It is not easy to think of any way in which your customer service could have been better.”

During the 9 year tenancy, the property was let to the same tenant. The team at Marshall Vizard used their professional expertise to maintain a good working relationship with the tenant, Mr & Mrs Jarritt and the neighbours at the property. When Mr & Mrs Jarritt decided to sell the property, Marshall Vizard worked with the tenant to help him acquire another property to make the process as smooth as possible.

The team
During the 9 year period he used Marshall Vizard, Mr Jarritt came into contact and did business with several members of the team. He told us that “Neil and Dominic were always on top of any rental issues and Angela was always very helpful when solving any practical problems. David dealt with the property sale very efficiently.” He added that “Over such an extended period, it is invidious to single out particular members of the team.”
