For the second year running, both David Vizard and Sophie Newberry have been shortlisted for a People Award at this years ESTAS (Estate Agent of The Year). Sophie went on to be a winner at the finals last year .
They have both been recognised for their outstanding customer service to clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry. The ESTAS sponsored by Zoopla determines the best agents, brokers and suppliers in the property industry through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This years’ competition saw 45,000 surveys completed.
The People Awards category, which is sponsored this year by PayProp, is a special category which puts the spotlight on individual staff who have consistently gone the extra mile to help clients. Just twenty five individuals have made the shortlist.

A local expert who truly looks out for their interests at this point and beyond is worth their weight in gold, and that is what we are supporting with the People Awards.”

Location, Location, Location presenter Phil Spencer, who will host his 16th annual ESTAS Awards said “The perfect customer experience can only be achieved through human interaction so The People Awards really encapsulates what The ESTAS is all about. To make the shortlist is a significant achievement for all of the final 25.”

The 2019 ESTAS Estate & Letting Agent Awards sponsored by Zoopla will take place on Friday 10th May in the spectacular Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. The awards will be attended by over 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
