The situation is evolving constantly with regard to COVID-19 and we want to reassure everyone that Marshall Vizard are being proactive and have put measures in place, to ensure the safety of our Buyers, Vendors, Landlords, Tenants and Staff.
To comply with the latest Government Guidelines our office is now temporarily closed.
All staff are working from home, during normal office hours.
The most effective way to communicate with us is by email, to the person that you have already been dealing with.
The general email address is also being monitored regularly – email@example.com.
The main office number has been redirected.
Sales and Lettings enquiries as well as Maintenance tasks on Managed Properties are being dealt with.
Information for Tenants/Landlords/Vendors & Buyers:-
If you are in a Let Only or Rent Receiving Property and experience any maintenance issues, please contact your landlord directly, as you would have done previously.
If you are in a Managed Property, please contact your property manager by email, to report any maintenance issues. During this period, it may be that we are only able to deal with emergency situations, rather than ongoing maintenance and we appreciate your support and understanding during this time.
Where we do need still need to access a property, our policy is to wear disposable gloves, use gel or handwash as we enter and then dispose of the gloves, and use gel or handwash again when we leave, to minimise the risk of transferring the virus. We are also asking that any contractors adhere to this policy.
It is imperative that you make us aware if you are self-isolating, have been in contact with an infected person and/or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, as this will affect our ability to allow access to contractors or us.
These are unprecedented times and the most important thing is, that we all keep as safe as possible.
