When I first bought the flat with a friend over 10 years ago the initial appeal was that we had finally found a flat in a practical location with two evenly sized double bedrooms and two good sized storage cupboards! Both features stood the test of time with the cupboards being used for everything from hidden desk space, to storing suitcases, the Christmas tree and room for a tumble drier. We didn’t know Watford well when we moved but found the location to be great, lovely and quiet but less than a 15 minute walk from Watford Junction station which was perfect for us for commuting/nights out.
