From the owners point of view
We are a young, active couple who work full time in central London. One of our favourite things about our house is the location; we are walking distance to all three train stations so commuting is easy and we have a variety of routes we can choose from into London. On Saturday mornings I enjoy walking five minutes to the beautiful Cassiobury Park and doing ParkRun with other locals. We are also walking distance to several affordable gyms with classes which is great motivation. The location is also ideal for popping into town as the recently developed Intu shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk away including choice of supermarkets, lots restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling etc.
Note- The vendors pay for an annual pass to park their car in Gade Car Park, just 8 minutes walk away. The property does not have off street parking, and does not qualify for a parking permit.
