We are also walking distance to several affordable gyms with classes which is great motivation. The location is also ideal for popping into town as the recently developed Intu shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk away including choice of supermarkets, lots restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling etc.

Our home became the hub for our friendship group who all love coming over for this reason as we can be cooking dinner/getting drinks but still join in the conversation.
