Reference Check – £80 this is payable by all adults that will occupy the property
Guarantors Reference – £80 this is payable by each and every guarantor that may be needed to support a tenancy
Tenancy Fee – £95 this is payable per tenancy and at the start of the initial agreement.
Once the Landlord has accepted your offer to rent the property you will be required to make a non-refundable payment of £300 as well as the reference fees. If your references are subsequently approved by the landlord then this initial payment of £300 will be transferred towards your first month’s rent upon move in, should you not proceed or your references are not accepted by the landlord then the initial payment and the reference fees will not be refunded. We do not charge tenants for renewals, checkouts* or check ins*
*A very small number of our landlords do make charges for checkout or check ins, we will notify you prior to the commencement of the tenancy, if the property that you are interested in is subject to additional charges.
If you wish to vary the contract in anyway during the tenancy or on renewal, for example changing names, terminating the agreement before the end of the notice period or tenancy, then charges may be applicable, they are subject to the landlords agreement and we will be able to advise the costs at that stage, the costs will be dependent on variable factors including what changes you wish to make as well as the length of time left on the contract.
Although we do not charge for payments made by debit card, there is a credit card surcharge of 2.5%.
